Ben Franklin met with his “mutual improvement club” weekly for years. Napoleon Hill learned from Andrew Carnegie his “success formula” and from 500 of the world’s prolific people that they develop “harmonious relationships” and “mastermind alliances.” We build on their examples and expand with an association connected to professional research, writing, and teaching. Vision: We serve as a positive organization established to help more people write plans for life and act on common denominators of living as our best-selves. Core values: Inspiration, Improvement, and Integrity. Personal Leadership provides positive and progressive seminars and service. We established as the Personal Leadership Association (PLA) and expanded to Life Leaders--maintaining Personal Leadership plus Plan for Life, adding Patriotism in Action.Plan for Life is a program and major theme of our offerings. We seek to help people plan and lead productive and fulfilled lives--doing our best and serving others. We do this through learning, planning, and serving, plus social activities. Personal Leadership usually leads Life Leader programs in January-June and August-October.Patriotism in Action leads our programs in November and sponsors additional efforts with many patriotic groups throughout the year:♦ Seminars 10 months per year that provide 10 hours of personal Benefits of Attendance and Membership: Life Leaders is a good after business hours learning and development offering that is low cost in time and money.
